About PT-141 (Bremelanotide) 10mg
PT-141 (bremelanotide) is a melanocortin-receptor agonist derived from Melanotan II, acting principally at MC4R in the central nervous system. Unlike vascular-acting compounds, it works upstream in the brain on the pathways that generate desire rather than on blood flow.
Onset is typically within one to two hours of administration, with effects that persist well beyond the plasma half-life.

How to use it
- Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
- Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
- Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
- Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
- Administered episodically — a single dose one to two hours before the observation window — with research designs limiting frequency to a small number of doses per week.
- Label the vial with the compound, concentration, and reconstitution date, then return it to refrigeration between uses.
