About GHK-Cu / BPC-157 / TB-500 / KPV 50/10/10/10mg (KLOW)

KLOW builds on the GLOW blend by adding KPV: GHK-Cu (50mg), BPC-157 (10mg), TB-500 (10mg) and KPV (10mg) in one vial. The fourth peptide brings the anti-inflammatory activity of the alpha-MSH fragment KPV alongside the three repair peptides.

It is studied where tissue repair and inflammation overlap — skin, gut lining and soft tissue — covering collagen remodeling, blood supply, cell migration and inflammatory signalling in one preparation.

Available as a single vial or a factory-sealed kit of ten individually capped vials. Every order is packed cold with a written order confirmation and batch reference, so each vial can be traced back to its certificate of analysis.

Reported benefits in research

  • Everything in GLOW: collagen remodeling, angiogenesis and cell migration
  • Added NF-kB–mediated anti-inflammatory activity from KPV
  • Studied for gut-lining and skin models where inflammation slows repair
  • Four peptides from one reconstitution

How to use it

  1. Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
  2. Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
  3. Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
  4. Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
  5. Research protocols dose the blend by its BPC-157 content; the fixed 50/10/10/10 ratio means every draw delivers all four peptides together. A blue tint from the copper peptide is normal.
  6. Label the vial with the compound, concentration, and reconstitution date, then return it to refrigeration between uses.

What it’s studied for

  • Multi-pathway tissue repair
  • Gut and mucosal inflammation models
  • Collagen and matrix remodeling

Recommended protocol

Blends are generally studied as one daily dose delivering all four components, over a defined repair window of four to six weeks.

Storage & handling

Store lyophilized vials refrigerated (2–8°C) and protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within the window cited in your research protocol.
