About BPC-157 20mg

BPC-157 is a stable 15-amino-acid sequence derived from a protein found in gastric juice. It is the most widely studied repair peptide in the research literature, with work spanning tendon, ligament, muscle, nerve, and gastrointestinal tissue models.

Its central mechanism is angiogenic: BPC-157 upregulates VEGF signaling and the formation of new capillary networks at the site of injury, improving blood supply to tissue that is normally poorly vascularized — tendon and ligament in particular. It also modulates nitric-oxide pathways and inflammatory signaling.

Available as a single vial or a factory-sealed kit of ten individually capped vials. Every order is packed cold with a written order confirmation and batch reference, so each vial can be traced back to its certificate of analysis.

Reported benefits in research

  • Accelerated tendon, ligament, and muscle repair in injury models
  • Improved angiogenesis and blood flow to poorly vascularized tissue
  • Protective and healing effects on gastric and intestinal lining
  • Reduced local inflammation without broad immune suppression
  • Investigated for peripheral nerve regeneration

How to use it

  1. Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
  2. Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
  3. Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
  4. Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
  5. Most protocols use one or two daily subcutaneous doses across a four-to-six-week repair window, with administration near the site of interest where the research design allows.
  6. Label the vial with the compound, concentration, and reconstitution date, then return it to refrigeration between uses.

What it’s studied for

  • Gut and mucosal integrity
  • Tendon, ligament, and muscle healing
  • Angiogenesis and blood-vessel formation

Recommended protocol

Most cited protocols use a once- or twice-daily dose for four to six weeks, often administered near the site of interest in localized-repair studies.

Storage & handling

Store lyophilized vials refrigerated (2–8°C) and protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within the window cited in your research protocol.
