About TB-500 10mg

TB-500 is the synthetic form of the active region of Thymosin Beta-4, a protein present in nearly every cell type and in wound fluid. Its defining action is actin regulation: it binds G-actin and promotes cell migration, allowing repair cells to travel to damaged tissue.

Where BPC-157 acts locally and quickly, TB-500 distributes systemically and works over a longer arc — which is why the two are so frequently studied as a pair, covering complementary phases of the repair cascade.

Available as a single vial or a factory-sealed kit of ten individually capped vials. Every order is packed cold with a written order confirmation and batch reference, so each vial can be traced back to its certificate of analysis.

Reported benefits in research

  • Promotes cell migration and new blood-vessel formation at injury sites
  • Systemic distribution — reaches tissue distant from the injection site
  • Reduces scar-tissue formation and fibrotic adhesion in repair models
  • Improves flexibility and range of motion in connective-tissue research

How to use it

  1. Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
  2. Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
  3. Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
  4. Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
  5. Commonly studied as a loading phase of two doses per week for four to six weeks, followed by a reduced maintenance dose every one to two weeks.
  6. Label the vial with the compound, concentration, and reconstitution date, then return it to refrigeration between uses.

What it’s studied for

  • Cell migration and wound healing
  • Flexibility and connective-tissue models
  • Systemic recovery research

Recommended protocol

Frequently studied with a loading phase of twice-weekly doses for four weeks, followed by a weekly maintenance dose.

Storage & handling

Store lyophilized vials refrigerated (2–8°C) and protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within the window cited in your research protocol.

All products are sold for laboratory and research use only. Protocol information is a summary of commonly referenced research designs and is not medical advice, a prescription, or a recommendation for human consumption.
