About GHK-CU 50mg

GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper tripeptide complex whose plasma levels fall sharply with age. It is one of the most extensively documented compounds in skin and connective-tissue research, with effects on collagen synthesis, elastin, and the remodeling enzymes that govern tissue quality.

Beyond dermal research, GHK-Cu has been studied for gene-expression effects: transcriptomic work shows it shifts large numbers of genes toward a younger, more repair-oriented profile, including antioxidant and anti-inflammatory pathways.

Available as a single vial or a factory-sealed kit of ten individually capped vials. Every order is packed cold with a written order confirmation and batch reference, so each vial can be traced back to its certificate of analysis.

Reported benefits in research

  • Stimulates collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycan production
  • Improves skin firmness, thickness, and appearance in dermal research
  • Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory gene-expression effects
  • Supports hair-follicle activity and wound remodeling
  • Delivers copper in a bioavailable, tissue-usable form

How to use it

  1. Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
  2. Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
  3. Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
  4. Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
  5. Reconstitute with acetic acid water rather than bacteriostatic water for best solubility. Research designs use low daily or alternate-day doses, or topical application, across four-to-eight-week blocks.
  6. Label the vial with the compound, concentration, and reconstitution date, then return it to refrigeration between uses.

What it’s studied for

  • Collagen and elastin synthesis
  • Skin and hair research models
  • Wound remodeling and antioxidant pathways

Recommended protocol

Studied both topically and subcutaneously; injectable research protocols usually run a modest daily dose in four-to-six-week cycles, with copper status monitored in longer studies.

Storage & handling

Store lyophilized vials refrigerated (2–8°C) and protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within the window cited in your research protocol.
