About GHK-Cu / BPC-157 / TB-500 50/10/10mg (GLOW)

GLOW is a three-peptide repair blend of GHK-Cu (50mg), BPC-157 (10mg) and TB-500 (10mg) in one vial. It pairs the copper peptide most studied for collagen, skin and connective-tissue remodeling with the two most widely studied tissue-repair peptides.

GHK-Cu drives collagen and elastin synthesis and tissue remodeling, BPC-157 supports new blood vessel formation at the site of injury, and TB-500 helps repair cells migrate into damaged tissue. Combining them in one vial simplifies protocols that study skin quality and soft-tissue recovery together.

Available as a single vial or a factory-sealed kit of ten individually capped vials. Every order is packed cold with a written order confirmation and batch reference, so each vial can be traced back to its certificate of analysis.

Reported benefits in research

  • Collagen and elastin support from GHK-Cu for skin and connective tissue
  • Local angiogenic repair signalling from BPC-157
  • Systemic cell-migration support from TB-500
  • One reconstitution instead of three separate vials

How to use it

  1. Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
  2. Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
  3. Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
  4. Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
  5. Research protocols dose the blend by its BPC-157 content; the fixed 50/10/10 ratio means every draw delivers all three peptides together. Note the copper peptide gives the solution a blue tint — this is normal.
  6. Label the vial with the compound, concentration, and reconstitution date, then return it to refrigeration between uses.

What it’s studied for

  • Soft-tissue and tendon repair models
  • Angiogenesis
  • Collagen synthesis and skin remodeling

Recommended protocol

Typically studied as a single daily dose for four to six weeks, then tapered or paused for evaluation.

Storage & handling

Store lyophilized vials refrigerated (2–8°C) and protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within the window cited in your research protocol.
