About BPC-157 + TB-500 20/20mg

This is the BPC-157 + TB-500 repair blend, often called the Wolverine stack — the two most widely studied tissue-repair peptides combined in one vial at equal amounts.

BPC-157 works locally, supporting new blood vessel formation and nitric-oxide signalling at the injury site, while TB-500 (the active region of Thymosin Beta-4) works throughout the body, helping repair cells move into damaged tissue. Together they cover complementary phases of repair in tendon, ligament, muscle and gut models.

Available as a single vial or a factory-sealed kit of ten individually capped vials. Every order is packed cold with a written order confirmation and batch reference, so each vial can be traced back to its certificate of analysis.

Reported benefits in research

  • Local angiogenic repair from BPC-157
  • Systemic cell migration and actin regulation from TB-500
  • Studied for tendon, ligament, muscle and gut-lining recovery
  • Two peptides from one reconstitution

How to use it

  1. Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
  2. Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
  3. Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
  4. Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
  5. Research protocols dose the blend by its BPC-157 content, usually once daily, in cycles of four to six weeks.
  6. Label the vial with the compound, concentration, and reconstitution date, then return it to refrigeration between uses.

What it’s studied for

  • Tendon, ligament, and muscle repair
  • Angiogenesis and cell migration
  • Post-injury recovery models

Recommended protocol

Research protocols commonly run one daily dose of the blend for four to six weeks, sometimes splitting into morning and evening administrations during the loading phase.

Storage & handling

Store lyophilized vials refrigerated (2–8°C) and protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within the window cited in your research protocol.
