About Semax 10mg
Semax is a synthetic analog of a fragment of ACTH (4-10) with the hormonal activity removed, leaving the neuroactive portion. It raises BDNF and NGF expression in the hippocampus and cortex and modulates dopaminergic and serotonergic tone.
Research covers cognitive performance, attention under load, and neuroprotection in ischemic models. Most published work comes from Russia, where it is approved for clinical use, and it is commonly studied by the intranasal route.

How to use it
- Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
- Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
- Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
- Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
- Most often studied as an intranasal or subcutaneous dose in the morning, given in courses of ten to fourteen days.
- Label the vial with the compound, concentration, and reconstitution date, then return it to refrigeration between uses.
