About DSIP 10mg

DSIP (Delta Sleep-Inducing Peptide) is a nine-amino-acid neuropeptide first isolated from the blood of animals in slow-wave sleep. Rather than sedating, it modulates sleep architecture — research endpoints focus on the proportion of delta-wave (deep) sleep and reduced night-time awakenings.

Secondary research examines its effects on stress-hormone regulation and pain thresholds.

Available as a single vial or a factory-sealed kit of ten individually capped vials. Every order is packed cold with a written order confirmation and batch reference, so each vial can be traced back to its certificate of analysis.

Reported benefits in research

  • Increased proportion of slow-wave, restorative sleep
  • Reduced sleep latency and fewer night-time awakenings
  • Normalization of stress-hormone rhythm
  • No sedation or next-day grogginess in research models

How to use it

  1. Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
  2. Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
  3. Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
  4. Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
  5. Administered shortly before the sleep period in most protocols, in short courses of five to ten nights rather than nightly on an ongoing basis.
  6. Label the vial with the compound, concentration, and reconstitution date, then return it to refrigeration between uses.

What it’s studied for

  • Slow-wave sleep architecture
  • Cortisol and stress-hormone modulation
  • Circadian normalization

Recommended protocol

Most protocols administer a single dose shortly before the sleep period, used intermittently rather than nightly for extended periods.

Storage & handling

Store lyophilized vials refrigerated (2–8°C) and protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within the window cited in your research protocol.
