About Ipamorelin 10mg
Ipamorelin is a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist and one of the cleanest growth-hormone secretagogues available for research. Unlike earlier GHRPs, it triggers a GH pulse without a meaningful rise in cortisol, prolactin, or appetite — that selectivity is why it is so widely used in GH research protocols.
Because it mimics the body's own pulsatile release rather than supplying exogenous hormone, negative feedback on the pituitary is limited, and research cycles can run longer than with direct hormone administration.

How to use it
- Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
- Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
- Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
- Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
- Typically studied at night before sleep in a fasted state (no food for two hours either side), five days on and two off, across eight-to-twelve-week blocks. Often paired with a GHRH such as CJC-1295.
- Label the vial with the compound, concentration, and reconstitution date, then return it to refrigeration between uses.
