CJC-1295 without DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) is a GHRH analog with a short half-life, studied for its ability to amplify natural GH pulses rather than flatten them.
Ships as one factory-sealed kit of ten individually capped vials from our growth hormone & metabolic research collection, cold-chain packed with written order confirmation. Need the other size? Flip the toggle above.
CJC-1295 without DAC (also called Mod GRF 1-29) is a modified fragment of growth-hormone releasing hormone. It acts on the GHRH receptor to raise the amplitude of the natural GH pulse, while four amino-acid substitutions protect it from rapid enzymatic breakdown.
The 'without DAC' form has a short half-life by design: it amplifies a pulse rather than creating a constant elevation, which is why it is nearly always studied together with a ghrelin agonist like ipamorelin — one raises pulse amplitude, the other initiates the pulse.
Available as a single vial or a factory-sealed kit of ten individually capped vials. Every order is packed cold with a written order confirmation and batch reference, so each vial can be traced back to its certificate of analysis.
Most research uses one to three daily doses in a fasted state, frequently co-administered with a ghrelin-receptor secretagogue such as Ipamorelin.
Store lyophilized vials refrigerated (2–8°C) and protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within the window cited in your research protocol.
