NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is the coenzyme at the centre of cellular energy production and the required substrate for sirtuins and PARP enzymes that carry out DNA repair. How to use it
- Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
- Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
- Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
- Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
