About NAD+ 1000mg

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is the coenzyme at the centre of cellular energy production and the required substrate for sirtuins and PARP enzymes that carry out DNA repair. Cellular NAD+ falls substantially with age, and restoring it is one of the most active areas in longevity research.

Injectable NAD+ sidesteps the conversion steps required by oral precursors, delivering the coenzyme directly.

Available as a single vial or a factory-sealed kit of ten individually capped vials. Every order is packed cold with a written order confirmation and batch reference, so each vial can be traced back to its certificate of analysis.

Reported benefits in research

  • Direct substrate for mitochondrial ATP production
  • Fuels sirtuin activity and DNA-repair enzymes
  • Cognitive clarity and energy endpoints in aging research
  • Studied in metabolic and cellular-recovery models

How to use it

  1. Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
  2. Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
  3. Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
  4. Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
  5. Administered slowly — rapid delivery is the common cause of transient discomfort in research settings. Protocols typically use a loading series over consecutive days, then weekly maintenance.
  6. Label the vial with the compound, concentration, and reconstitution date, then return it to refrigeration between uses.

What it’s studied for

  • Mitochondrial energy production
  • Sirtuin and DNA-repair pathways
  • Cellular-aging and cognitive-clarity research

Recommended protocol

Injectable research protocols use slow administration of modest doses, several times per week; rapid delivery is avoided because it drives transient discomfort.

Storage & handling

Store lyophilized vials refrigerated (2–8°C) and protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within the window cited in your research protocol.

All products are sold for laboratory and research use only. Protocol information is a summary of commonly referenced research designs and is not medical advice, a prescription, or a recommendation for human consumption.
