About MOTS-c 10mg
MOTS-c is a mitochondrial-derived peptide — encoded in mitochondrial rather than nuclear DNA — that acts as a signalling molecule between mitochondria and the rest of the cell. It activates AMPK, the master regulator of cellular energy, effectively producing an exercise-mimetic signal.
Research shows improved insulin sensitivity, glucose uptake in skeletal muscle, and resistance to diet-induced weight gain, with levels of endogenous MOTS-c declining with age.

How to use it
- Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
- Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
- Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
- Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
- Frequently studied at two to three doses per week over four-to-six-week blocks, often timed around training in exercise-physiology designs.
- Label the vial with the compound, concentration, and reconstitution date, then return it to refrigeration between uses.
