About FOXO4-DRI 10mg

FOXO4-DRI is a d-retro-inverso peptide designed to disrupt the FOXO4–p53 interaction that keeps senescent cells alive. Senescent cells accumulate with age, stop dividing, and secrete inflammatory signals; FOXO4-DRI is the best-known research senolytic for selectively triggering their removal while leaving healthy cells intact.

Because of its mechanism, it is studied in short intermittent pulses — a few doses, then a long gap — rather than on a continuous schedule.

Available as a single vial or a factory-sealed kit of ten individually capped vials. Every order is packed cold with a written order confirmation and batch reference, so each vial can be traced back to its certificate of analysis.

Reported benefits in research

  • Selective clearance of senescent cells (senolytic action)
  • Reduction of inflammatory senescence-associated secretions
  • Studied for tissue-function restoration in aging models
  • Intermittent pulse dosing rather than continuous administration

How to use it

  1. Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
  2. Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
  3. Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
  4. Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
  5. Research protocols use a short pulse — commonly three doses across one week — followed by a gap of several weeks or months before the next pulse.
  6. Label the vial with the compound, concentration, and reconstitution date, then return it to refrigeration between uses.

What it’s studied for

  • Senescent-cell clearance
  • Cellular-aging and p53 signaling
  • Tissue-rejuvenation models

Recommended protocol

Senolytic research typically uses short intermittent pulses — a few doses across one week — repeated only at long intervals, never continuous daily dosing.

Storage & handling

Store lyophilized vials refrigerated (2–8°C) and protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within the window cited in your research protocol.

All products are sold for laboratory and research use only. Protocol information is a summary of commonly referenced research designs and is not medical advice, a prescription, or a recommendation for human consumption.
