About Cagrilintide 10mg

Cagrilintide is a long-acting analog of amylin, the hormone co-secreted with insulin that signals meal termination. Where incretin agonists work primarily through GLP-1 pathways, cagrilintide acts on amylin and calcitonin receptors — a separate satiety mechanism, which is why it is so often studied in combination with a GLP-1 or dual agonist.

On its own it produces moderate appetite and gastric-emptying effects; in combination protocols the two mechanisms are additive, with research consistently showing larger endpoints than either compound alone.

Available as a single vial or a factory-sealed kit of ten individually capped vials. Every order is packed cold with a written order confirmation and batch reference, so each vial can be traced back to its certificate of analysis.

Reported benefits in research

  • Independent satiety pathway that complements GLP-1 based compounds
  • Slowed gastric emptying and reduced meal size
  • Additive body-composition effects in combination research
  • Long half-life supporting weekly dosing

How to use it

  1. Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
  2. Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
  3. Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
  4. Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
  5. Studied once weekly at conservative starting doses, commonly paired with a GLP-1 agonist administered on the same day of the week.
  6. Label the vial with the compound, concentration, and reconstitution date, then return it to refrigeration between uses.

What it’s studied for

  • Satiety and meal-termination signaling
  • Gastric emptying rate
  • Combination metabolic protocols

Recommended protocol

Commonly studied once weekly at conservative starting doses, frequently paired in research with a GLP-1 agonist on the same weekly schedule.

Storage & handling

Store lyophilized vials refrigerated (2–8°C) and protected from light. Once reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, keep refrigerated and use within the window cited in your research protocol.

All products are sold for laboratory and research use only. Protocol information is a summary of commonly referenced research designs and is not medical advice, a prescription, or a recommendation for human consumption.
