About LL-37
LL-37 is the only human cathelicidin antimicrobial peptide — a frontline component of innate immunity found in neutrophils, epithelial cells, and skin. It disrupts bacterial membranes directly, including biofilm-forming organisms, and simultaneously recruits and coordinates immune cells.
Research also covers wound healing and angiogenesis, where LL-37 accelerates re-epithelialization.

How to use it
- Allow the sealed vial to reach room temperature before opening; do not open a vial that is still cold.
- Wipe the rubber stopper with an alcohol prep pad and let it dry.
- Draw the diluent volume called for in your protocol (bacteriostatic water for nearly all peptides, including GHK-Cu; dilute acetic acid water only for sequences that need a low pH, such as IGF-1 LR3) and inject it slowly against the inner glass wall of the vial.
- Swirl gently until fully clear — never shake, as agitation can fracture the peptide chain.
- Studied in short courses — commonly one daily dose for seven to fourteen days — rather than continuously, given its potency as an immune signal.
- Label the vial with the compound, concentration, and reconstitution date, then return it to refrigeration between uses.
